Sales Engineer

We are searchinq for smart people who love to help clients reduce the cost of risk to join our growing team, You’ll work alongside a talented, friendly, diverse group of people who an love to learn new things and deliver client value.

Full Time
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and assess customer needs within the B2B sector.
  • Lead Generation: Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms to expand our client base.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, understanding their requirements and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on our products and services, showcasing how they can meet client needs and enhance their operations.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities and financial performance, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Exhibitions and Conferences: Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences, building relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals while effectively managing objections and complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
Must have the following requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Industrial Automation and Controls.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willing to travel all over India.

Role: Direct Sales/Application Engineer

Education: Diploma in EEE, ECE and E&I UG: EEE, ECE and E&I

Experience: 1 – 3 years
