71VR1 – Compact Paperless Recorder

  • 1/4 DIN size (96 x 96 mm) panel mount compact recorder
  • 3.5 inch TFT color LCD display
  • Max. 8-point each of analog and discrete inputs are stored, displayed and alerted.
  • Max. 8-point discrete outputs can be assigned for alarm trips.
  • Direct field inputs at the built-in terminals and optional remote inputs via Modbus RTU
  • Data can be transferred to PC via the front IR port
  • Model 71VR1 is a 1/4 DIN size (96 x 96 mm panel cutout), compact paperless recorder that can store and display the maximum of 8-point analog inputs and 8-point discrete inputs. The 3.5 inch TFT color LCD display can show two pen channels at once on a trend graph or digital/bargraph indicators.
  • Field signals are connected to local terminals and polled remotely from Modbus RTU I/O devices.
  • Data sampling rate is selectable between 100 msec. and 10 seconds depending upon the type and number of local and remote inputs.  
  • Recorded data can be transferred to a PC with memory cards or COP-US and converted to CSV format with 71VRCFG.
  • IP 65 front panel is also suitable for applications and installations where splashing water is present such as sanitary plants.

TR30-G Tablet Recorder

  • In addition, remote Modbus slaves can be connected up to 12 nodes. At the maximum of 64 analog inputs (16-bit data), 64 discrete inputs, 64 discrete outputs, 32 pulse inputs (32-bit data) plus 32 function inputs (mathematical, logic, filter, etc.) are usable. At the maximum of 120 channels can be plotted on the charts and stored at the storing cycle of 1 minute. The fastest storing cycle is 5 milliseconds for 16 channels, 100 milliseconds for 32 channels.

PC Recorder R1M/R2M/RZM WITH MSR 128 Software

  • The MSR128 works with all PC Recorder modules.
  • The MSR128 software polls data from the input module, plots the value on the screen and stores it to the PC’s hard drive.
  • The data is polled, plotted and stored at a maximum rate of 500 ms for 128 channels. Historical trends can be recalled, edited and used to be printed as hard copies or to be exported to spreadsheets for further analysis.
  • Data can be exported in CSV format to popular spreadsheet software packages such as Microsoft Excel. Data can be directly imported allowing the user to take full advantage of spreadsheet software features.

Web Enabled Remote Terminal Unit DL30 Series

  • Features of the DL30-G, a Web Data Logger for the IoT Era
  • The DL30-G is a new web data logger for on-site installation born from our technology and experience cultivated during the production of the web data logger TL2W (a product limited to the Japanese market).
  • The DL30-G collects and logs (records) data on-site. It also edits and accumulates it in record format (daily, monthly, and annual report forms), and generates various web screens based on the accumulated data. These web screens can be monitored on a PC or tablet over LAN or the Internet. On the monitoring side, the PC or tablet only needs a browser with no restrictions on the PC, tablet model, or its OS.
  • Furthermore, the DL30-G is also equipped with a function that automatically reports events by email. Such events include alarms that occur on-site, including those for the starting and stopping of equipment.
  • The DL30-G has various built-in communication protocols that support these functions. The DL30-G can be used for various applications, such as data collection and transfer of logging and report data files, by communicating with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and remote I/O devices.

  • User Defined View’ feature is added with the DL8-D, which enables users to add their original data displays and graphics using HTML and JavaScript.
  • Five types of DL8 are available
  • Type A for ‘Browsing’ function with an internet browser; Type B added with ‘Reporting’ function by e-mails; Type C added with ‘Logging’ function with an SD card memory; Type D with ‘I/O Mapping’ over Modbus/TCP network; and Type E added with ‘Expanded Communication‘ functions of SLMP client, HTTPS, and FTPS protcols.
